NFL Week Two, Done

There were seven upsets in the NFL this week, and FanYard users called two of them: the Packers and the Niners, over the Giants and the Rams, respectively. After the Eagles were beaten in an ugly game on Monday night – where their receivers couldn’t catch the few balls quarterback Donovan McNabb threw well – the Yardstick had picked 11 out of 16 winning teams. That’s 23-9 on the year. Not too shabby, but I’d like to see at least 13 next week.

The FanYard team has more cool features on their way soon, now let’s get on with predicting the games coming up in Week 4 of college football, shall we?

The Injury-of-the-Week comes out of Houston, Texas, where Pro Bowl wide receiver Andre Johnson – the only wideout on the 2-0 team with more than two catches all year – is out for Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. How will the news affect the Yardstick for the game? It currently favors the Colts by at least 10 points.
